HIOLLE INDUSTRIES is an industrial group based in the Northern France which is developping with original manner its provision to industry since 1976.
Maintenance is the Group core business, but that a number of activities should have been added to integrate sustainability concerns and the railway market.
Fourteen HIOLLE INDUSTRIES' subsidiaries located mainly in France and Maghreb region and could envisage a certain degree of compatibility between trades and own added value to customers.
This global offer coupled know-how in industrial processes are all assets that are clearly positioning HIOLLE INDUSTRIES Group as a major actor for all major industrial project.

1976
Four people have led the way for HIOLLE INDUSTRIES Group managed through a passion of the industry and its challenge, and has been Jean-Michel HIOLLE Chairman founder.
1980
The HIOLLE INDUSTRIES Group is developping his specialiazed subsidiaries in strategic industrial businesse lines : electrical, plumbing, metal construction, hydraulic, automatism and precision engineering.
1990
The HIOLLE INDUSTRIES Group led the first ever major transcontinental program against the background of globalisation, mainly to China and India which they was in full flow. Anticipating on industrial environmental issues, Environment division is been erected into creating innovative industrial, domestic and hospitable waste disposal solutions
2000
The aptness of the strategic choices in previous years enable to be registered on the open market of the Paris Stock Exchange and to expand through external growth and acquisitions policy. In 2007, Jean-Michel HIOLLE's creative bold will be recognized at the Elysee Palace
2010
Based in Valenciennes (France), at the epicentre of a strong and dynamic rail industry, the Group Railways division is experiencing unprecedented double digit growth rate each year

Key figures as of June, 30th 2016 : Achieved objectives
HIOLLE INDUSTRIES delivered an excellent performance in the first half 2016 same as 2015 reached the objectives set at the beginning of the year with a consolidated turnover of 39,090K€ and net profit of 1,498K€
First half 2016 activities
HIOLLE INDUSTRIES recorded for the first semester 2016 a turnover of 39,1M€ increased 1,5% to the first half of 2015.
Environmental and Services division (30% of the global turnover) is decreasing of 25.4% turnover. In spite of this decrease achieved sales are within budget forecasting, primarly from inputs from exceptional PO ends realized in 2015 repairs to the HF2 blast furnace Arcelor in Dunkirk (France). On the other hand, all the division's other businesses reported growth, mainly through to industrial solutions for waste treatment and water treatment engineering are increasing. Solutions has a good order book allowing continous workload for second half 2016. Operational outcome for this division get 315K€ giving 2.7% compared to 1,165K€ as of June 30th 2015
Railway division (70% of the consolidated turnover) is increasing of 20.4%, get support from many orders in the Rolling Stock after-sales in France and abroad where HIOLLE INDUSTRIES Group multiplying its interventions. Electrical devices cabling activities is experiencing high tempo which is going till end of the year 2016. HIOLLE INDUSTRIES can capitalize on promising new growth drivers such as first POs to deliver wired devices solutions in subway for Algeria cities. Operational outcome for this division get 2,060K€ (compared +46.7% as of June 30th 2015) giving 7.6%
Group Operational profit stood at 2,375K€ with net profit therefore amounted to 1,498K€. HIOLLE INDUSTRIES Group is presenting a consolidated net profit of 3.8% same as of June 30th 2015
Financial situation
Cash flow is 7,373K€ and debt is 6,634K€. HIOLLE INDUSTRIES has a substantial net cash of 740K€ against 712K€ as of June 30th 2015
Prospect
Led by HIOLLE's effective marketing drive and with the high level of the orderbook allow to confirm same level of growth and profitability for second half

DEPUIS SA CRÉATION LE GROUPE HIOLLE S’EST ATTACHÉ À METTRE EN PLACE UNE GOUVERNANCE QUI FAVORISE SON DÉVELOPPEMENT EN RESPECTANT LES DROITS DES ACTIONNAIRES.
A compter du 1er Juillet 2007, HIOLLE INDUSTRIES a opté pour une structuration dualiste qui lui assure la séparation des pouvoirs de direction et de contrôle avec un Directoire et un Conseil de surveillance.

Il n’existe aucun lien familial entre les membres du Conseil de surveillance de la Société. Cinq membres du Conseil de surveillance sont dits « indépendants », pour un meilleur gouvernement d’entreprise. Ils ne sont pas subordonnés par un contrat de travail, des liens commerciaux ou des prestations de services vis-à-vis du Groupe HIOLLE Industries. Il s’agit de Monsieur Jérôme FLIPO, Monsieur Jean Yves NOIR, SCR FINORPA, Monsieur Jean-Marie DUVIVIER.
Cadre de références adapté aux valeurs moyennes et petites
Suite au transfert du Groupe HIOLLE sur le marché ALTERNEXT Paris le 09 août 2012, le Conseil de surveillance a décidé de s’inspirer :
- en matière de contrôle interne, du cadre de références sur le contrôle interne adapté aux valeurs moyennes et petites diffusé par l’AMF le 22 juillet 2010 ;
- en matière de gouvernement d’entreprise, du Code « Middlenext » de gouvernement d’entreprise pour les valeurs moyennes et petites de décembre 2009.
